HR Officer

Assist HR Supervisor in implementing all the programs and plans of the HR department for the entire companies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject, preferably in Psychology or Law
• Proven experience as an HR officer for at least 5 years, especially in manufacturing company
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Fast learner, attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and focus on the timeline dan tight deadline
• Good communication skills, honesty and discipline
• Good English skill (both written and verbal) is preferred
• Placement : Manufacturing plant at Hyundai Industrial Estate, Cikarang, Bekasi
