Facilities
The water-based factory premises is located in Bekasi International Industrial Estate, Cikarang, West Java, 36 KM east of Jakarta. Our facilities resides on over than 38,000 square metres of land with a capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes per annum.
We also operate a second solvent-based factory in the district of Indramayu, West Java with a capacity of 25,000 metric tonnes per annum.
Research & Development
We invest heavily towards the competency of our lab to provide continuous support and adequate technology, to ensure the marketibility of our products.
Our full-fledged Application Laboratory for Paint and Construction allows customer's needs to be dealt with properly and swiftly.
Some of the polymerization technologies that we use include: Redox & Thermal, CoreShell, Seeding, Inter Penetrating Network and Power Feed reactions.
The Research & Development Department continuously supports our marketing activities by providing innovative products and continuous improvements on existing ones, as well as provide reliable and dedicated technical support to our customers.
Quality Control
Strict inspection of raw materials and finished products are implemented to ensure the quality consistency of our products.
Safe Environment
To address environmental concerns, we optimize and modify our production processes to minimize industrial waste. Furthermore, we manage our waste by flow segregation, solidification, and use of wet scrubbers to minimize air pollution.
